The pearl of white wines, it seems to capture all the light of dawn.
Generous, full bodied and harmonious, with a quite intense, persistent and personal bouquet.
Its colour is golden yellow with lightly coppery highlights reminiscent of the skin of the grapes it is made from. Ideal for serving with the middle course of a meal, with dishes such as thick soups, risotto with light meat sauces, and boiled meat or chicken. If very alcoholic, full bodied and generous, it pairs very well with medium-mature and quite strongly flavoured cheeses at the end of a meal.
Serve at a temperature of about 6-8 °C.
